- *Airbnb:* Payment is made through Airbnb’s secure system and adheres to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking.
3.3 *Additional Fees:*
- *Security Deposit:* A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking. The amount varies based on property size and location. This deposit is refunded post-checkout, subject to satisfactory property inspection.
- *Cleaning Fee:* A non-refundable cleaning fee will be charged for each booking, specified during the reservation process.
