At Kalna Properties we are passionate about property management.

We have brought together a team of Property Professionals with experience in all areas of property asset management via our sister company Dena Elite Collection. The directors of Kalna Properties have 10 years of experience across Finance, Asset Management, Planning and Development. We work closely with developers to ensure that everything, from lifts to gardens to communal areas are designed so that they can be managed practically and cost effectively.

The Company

Kalna Properties has been provided Block Management services since 2018, originally as part of an award-winning Italian developer, we have grown into a leading Property Management company providing property management to a wide range of property developers and investors. We provide bespoke block management solutions, residential property management and aftersales care to private and institutional investors as well as resident management companies (RMC's). Our construction background means that we are able to deal with all maintenance issues in a very efficient manner. We have a track record of taking over the management of blocks and improving the service by applying our knowledge of older and newly built properties.
